Starting your career
Experience has shown us that young professionals need a few basic things when they commence practicing as a physiotherapist. They need security of employment, mentoring that supports their development, opportunity to advance individual skills and a work environment that values them as more than just an employee.
We offer a formal recent grad mentoring program through our partnership with Healthia. This provides many learning experiences during your new graduate year including dedicated fortnightly learning sessions, and 2x 3-day hands on workshops with industry leading presenters.
Professional Development
Our professional development approach is one that is envied by other professionals. At Peak Performance Sports Physiotherapy we value our people, their skills and abilities. It is essential for us as a team to ensure that our people are provided with the opportunity to continually upgrade their individual skills and knowledge so as to continue providing high quality care to our clients.
Our partnership with Healthia, means that we can provide fortnightly inservices presented by highly regarded professionals. Our team also has access to journal articles and many other presentations and inservices on demand. We also encouraged all of our team members to attend the bi-annual Healthia conference, which boasts presenters who are absolute leaders of our field. We are also keen to support our professionals to further their skills and areas of interest through participation in independent courses and conferences.

Due to the nature of our business being quite diverse, we can offer professionals wanting to join our team the opportunity to have many different clinical experiences.
